Member Process
- Members must first register with the Costco Auto Program by calling the call center (1-877-746-7422) or visiting costcoauto.com.
- Members will receive a confirmation email outlining the promotional details, including promotion dates and required steps to receive their $500 Costco Cash Card.
- To get their cash card processed and sent, members are required to notify the Costco Auto Program of their purchase by submitting a Redemption Form within 30 days of their purchase.
- After Subaru of America has approved the purchase, members will be contacted by the Costco Auto Program to complete a Member Satisfaction Survey.
- Members should receive their cash card 6-8 weeks after their purchase.
