Each year, approximately 6.3 companion animals enter shelters. Subaru is committed to helping all animals, including those in our Norwalk community, providing the resources and outlets needed to help all stay safe and healthy through the Subaru Loves Pets initiative. At Subaru Stamford, we proudly support the Subaru Loves Pets program and happily contribute to local organizations around White Plains, as well as national charities in partnership with the ASPCA. If you want to help the cause, we invite you to make the short trip from Greenwich or contact us to learn more about how you can support pets in our area.

What is the Subaru Loves Pets Initiative?

Subaru, in partnership with the ASPCA, are committed to helping local and national shelter pets find loving homes. Hundreds of Subaru dealerships around the country help support the initiative to providing animals in shelters with the resources and outlets needed to keep them comfortable and help them find a forever home. This year marks the fourth annual National Make a Dog's Day, inviting animal lovers to do something special for their furry family members.

Throughout the history of the initiative, Subaru, its retailers, and the help of other organizations have donated over $42 million to local and national organizations, including shelters around Westport, allowing more pets to get adopted, rescued, transported, and receive the medical care they need, with over 350,000 animals helped.
