Crosstrek is the smallest model in Subaru's SUV lineup, but it still delivers excellent versatility and capability for Greenwich and Port Chester drivers. And the 60/40-split rear seats can fold down to provide more than 50 cubic feet of storage. Crosstrek is an ideal option for drivers looking for a vehicle with extra utility, but that doesn't take up too much space.

Beginning with the 2021 model year, Crosstrek offers two engine options: a base 2.0-liter BOXER® engine (152 horsepower, 145 pound-feet of torque) paired with a 6-speed manual or a CVT, or an available 2.5-liter engine that generates 182 horsepower and 176 pound-feet of torque (CVT only).

A CVT is standard, which means EyeSight® driver aids are too.

Subaru Outback

Outback has the same standard 2.5-liter engine as Forester, while XT models get a boost from a turbocharged 2.4-liter powerplant (260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque).

Subaru Ascent

If you don't require the final seatbelt, you can open the space a little by selecting a 7-seat configuration with second-row captain's chairs. Ascent comes standard with a turbocharged 2.4-liter BOXER® engine (260 horsepower, 277 pound-feet of torque) paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission and X-MODE traction control.
