Subaru of Stamford is proud to announce that it is participating in Subaru Loves Pets. Each year, Subaru of New England dedicates October as its Subaru Loves Pets month. Throughout this campaign, Subaru of New England makes sure to shed light and raise awareness for any non-profit organizations throughout New England committed to improving the lives of pets.

For the month of October, Subaru Stamford is partnering with Lucky Dog Refuge to find furever homes for a handful of pets. Throughout this month, Subaru Stamford intends on donating $100 for every pet adopted through the Lucky Dog Rescue, and on top of that, Subaru of New England will match this amount.

Lucky Dog Rescue aims to give every puppy a safe haven from dire backgrounds. They focus primarily on dogs in most need, those starving, abandoned, strays, and injured, to name a few. Each week Lucky Dog Rescue brings in a transport of dogs from states in the south including:

Mississippi
Texas
Louisiana
Oklahoma
Alabama
Georgia
West Virginia
Kentucky

They also will pull dogs from Connecticut and New York.

Getting involved is easy. We know your phone is full of photos of your furry friends…ours, too. All you have to do is post! Throughout the month of October, post a public photo or video of your pet on Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok using the hashtag #SNELovesPets. For each unique post, we'll pledge $5 to our 12 shelter partners, up to $75,000!* Our goal is to hit a total 15,000 (or more!) pet posts using #SNELovesPets, which will ensure each shelter receives $6,250!
